One component, polymer modified, non sag, cementitious patch. Fast setting, good finishing for small thicknesses up to 50 mm per coat. Ideal for concrete vertical and overhead repairs. Mixing: 1 bag in 3,3-4,3 Lt water or 1 pail of 4,75 Kg in 0,6-0,8 Lt water (work in small quantities due to the restricted application time ~15 min).
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, 1 bag fills gaps around 12,7 Lt, For repairs, consumption for filling, is ~ 1,8 Kg/ t or 18 Kg/m2 per 1 cm thickness. For application thicknesses of more than 5 cm, add ~ 7 Kg/bag quartz aggregates QUARTZ SAND MIX 3,0-6,0 MM or 1,5-8,0 MM, for filling volume ~ 16 Lt. The small container (4,75 Kg) covers a volume of about 2,70 Lt.

Ideal for repairs in concrete elements, stairs, parapets, pipes, balconies, ramps, floors etc. Mixing: 1 bag in 4,7-5,0 Lt water.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
1 bag fills ~12 Lt. The consumption, for voids filling, is ~1,9 Kg/Lt or 19 Kg/m2 per 1 cm of repairs thickness. For thicknesses above 5 cm add up to 5,5 Kg/bag QUARTZ SAND MIX 3,0-6,0 MM or 1,5-8,0 MM (filling ~14,5 Lt).

One component, polymer modified, new technology, repairing mortar for finishing from feather edge to a maximum thickness of 13 mm with reduced water absorbedness. Suitable for vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces such as walls, facades, stairs, corridors, and passable floors or even in pools surrounding areas. Walkable in approx. 2-3 hours. Excellent adhesion even without the use of primer, in a well damp surface. Mixing: 22,70 Kg bag, in 3,8-5,2 Lt of water.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption per 1 mm repair thickness is ~1,6 Kg/m2 hence the 22,70 Kg bag covers ~15 m2 for 1 mm filling.

CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, in repairs, 1 bag fills voids of approx. 11-11.8 Lt. For application thicknesses, above 7,5 cm or for total volume above 25 Lt, add up to 50% by weight QUARTZ SAND MIX 1.5-8.0 MM with correspondent increase of the filling volume.

Cement based grout, with high pumpability, grout sealer for concrete repairs (with grouting machine or casting), anchorages or fillings in masonry and other similar restorations. The very small particle size components in the product, allow the penetration of capillaries and cracks up to 0,4 mm, sealing and enhancing the strength of the repaired area.

Indicative coverage of PENETRON® GROUT INJECT is approx. 18 - 20 Lt per 25 Kg bag.

One component, polymer modified grout mortar, with very high strength, for quick repair of industrial concrete floors. For light loads (cars), patch thickness application is between 12 mm to 50 mm, without adding quartz sand. For heavy loads (trucks), patch thickness must be above 50 mm, with the addition of QUARTZ SAND MIX (≈11,3 Kg/Bag). Mixing: 1 bag with 3,1 Lt water.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption (without the addition of quartz sand) is: ~1,9 Kg/m2 per 1 mm thickness or 1 bag for filling 12 Lt. With the addition of quartz sand the product’s consumption decreases correspondingly.
