SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
Transparent, 2-component, epoxy, water based primer for PENECOATTM ELASTIC on non porous surfaces such as metals, tiles, old acrylics, bitumen etc. The mixture is diluted with water 10-20%. Also with dilution up to 50% with water it can be used as a very strong stabilizer of unstable substrates. The waiting time, as primer, is 4-12 hours, depending on the conditions (slow down during winter time).
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption is 0,150 to 0,200 Kg/m2 in one coat and depending on the substrate absorbedness. As stabilizer for unstable substrates, it may increase its consumption.

One component, transparent, polyurethane, stabilizing primer for porous surfaces of concrete, mortars, etc. Suitable for the preparation of polyurethane coatings, such as PENECOATTM ELASTIC, PENECOATTM PU-H and PENEFLOORTM PU-COAT. The waiting time, as primer, is 2-3 hours, depending on the conditions.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption is 0,200 to 0,250 Kg/m2 in one coat, depending on the absorbedness of the substrate.

One component, aliphatic PU, elastic coating with high UV resistance. Protection from weather conditions and chemical attack for the polyurethane coatings PENECOATTM ELASTIC, even with previous medium quartz sand dispersion, waterproofing bitumen membranes or thermo insulating polyurethane foam. For medium traffic areas.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption is ~0,150 Kg/m2 per coat. Applicable in 1-2 coats within 3-4 hours and while the surface is still sticky.

SHORT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS
One component, aliphatic PU, semi-elastic coating with high UV resistance for use in floorings or as protection for the polyurethane coatings PENECOATTM ELASTIC that have been fully covered with quartz sand dispersion. Protection from weather conditions and chemical attack. Use in floorings with medium traffic (commercial areas, parking, small industries, oil mills, cooling chambers). Pre-coating of porous flooring (2-3 hours before) with PENEPRIMERTM PU and non porous (usually the previous day) with PENEPOXTM W.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption is ~0,200 Kg/m2 per coat. Usually applicable in 2 coats within 2-3 hours and while the surface is still sticky. In the case of application with the primer PENEPRIMERTM PU and 2 coats of PENECOATTM PU-H we must finish in the same day.
