This 30,000m² (7.5 acres) wellness development features a 3-level basement, six residential blocks and two commercial tower blocks. The residential blocks follow a multi-generational concept and are the first to integrate living areas with access to wellness, including healthcare facilities such as medical spas and paediatric, chiropractic, dental services and childcare.

The waterproofing requirements for a wellness environment are rigorous. The PENETRON system was specified to ensure a clean, dry environment and enhance concrete durability. Mixed into to the concrete, PENETRON ADMIX allowed a reduced base slab thickness and contributed to the BCA Green Mark Gold Plus Building classification for AraGreens by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority. About 25,000m³ of concrete substructure will be treated with PENETRON ADMIX. 67,000m² of wet areas will be treated with PENETRON and all construction joints of the substructure will be treated with PENEBAR SW-55 waterstops.
