Description:
Located in New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty is one of the most universal symbols of political freedom and democracy. Dedicated in 1886, it was extensively restored for her centennial. Even with a heating system installed in 1949, the moist air coming off the ocean successively saturated the walls of the pedestal, leading to deterioration of the structure and its fixtures.

Products Used:
The PENETRON System was applied during the restoration, eliminating the moisture problems. The underground vaults and utility rooms were also treated.
