Pacific Place in Ara Damansara is an integrated development that features design studios, serviced apartments and commercial space for shops and restaurants, corporate offices and a college. Products Used:
A combination of PENETRON products was utilized to waterproof and protect the entire concrete substructure. A total area of 48,209m² was treated with PENETRON, applied as a dry shake onto the basement concrete slab. PENETRON ADMIX was added to 6,462m³ of concrete for the substructure and 9,000m of construction joints were sealed with PENEBAR SW-55 waterstops.
