Description:
The Palais Royale is a new commercial and residential skyscraper (320m high) that dominates the city's skyline. With 100 luxury apartments, the tower also features a cinema, spa, cricket pitch, badminton court, football pitch and three swimming pools. The building was LEED (“Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design“) platinum certified, and set new standards in water and energy management, waste recycling and reduced carbon emissions.

Products Used:
As one of Mumbai's most prestigious residential developments, the project team needed to ensure that every slab was absolutely watertight. Penetron Admix is used in all 58 floor slabs of the structure.
