Description:
The Residences at “W” Singapore is a luxury development that incorporates retail outlets, a world-class hotel and private condo residences under Starwood’s flagship “W” hotels brand.
Products Used:
PENETRON ADMIX was used to ensure permanent protection of 10,500m3 of concrete. All construction joints were sealed with 7,600m of PENEBAR SW-55 swellable-type waterstops. The 24,000m2 roof area was waterproofed with PENESEAL PRO.
