Description:
The Marina Collection offers 124 exclusive, spacious and very luxurious residential units with 40 private boat berths, all set on a beautiful waterfront location.
Products Used:
The 10,600m3 of concrete were dosed with PENETRON ADMIX to create a watertight structure in The Marina Collection development, and PENEBAR SW-55 waterstops were used in the construction joints of the concrete substructure.
Description:
Situated on a lakeside, the Henan Art Center in Zhengzhou, China is a striking performing arts center designed by internationally renowned architect, Carlos Ott. The complex features an opera house with seating for 1800 people, a concert hall for up to 800 people, a multi-purpose hall with seating for 300 participants, various art galleries and ample parking.
Products Used:
Built on an area with a high water table, the project relied on 40 tons of PENETRON products to protect the underground structures. These supported the five main oval body structures that give the complex its unforgettable appearance.
Description:
“The Coast” is a premier condo development situated on the longest coastal stretch of Sentosa Cove. Inhabitants of all 249 luxury units (with 41 private boat berths) enjoy a spacious layout, panoramic views of the South China Sea and access to pristine coastal waterways.
Products Used:
The Coast’s 13,500m3 of below-grade concrete were treated with PENETRON ADMIX to protect against seawater ingress and chloride penetration. PENESEAL PRO was used to treat 345m2 of landscape deck.
Description:
Already a recognizable landmark at the gateway to Cape Town and with 36,000m2 of high-quality office space, The Boulevard incorporates seven individual units all constructed on a podium with three basements to provide one of the highest parking ratios in Cape Town (with 4 bays/100m2 ). The facility also includes restaurants and coffee shops.

About 8,100m3 of concrete on the “The Boulevard” site are protected against water ingress by PENETRON ADMIX.
Description:
“The Berth by the Cove” offers 200 lavishly appointed two-, three-, and four-bedroom waterfront condos, as well as a selection of luxury penthouses for living right on the water.
Products Used:
PENETRON ADMIX was chosen to provide reliable waterproofing for 6,400m3 of concrete in the substructure.
Description:
Texas State Highway 130 (SH 130), also known as the Pickle Parkway, is a toll way that runs in a 89-mile (143 km) corridor east and south of Austin. The route parallels I-35 to relieve the Interstate's traffic volume as an alternate route.
Products Used:
The PENETRON System was chosen to waterproof portions of the State Highway 130 while also meeting strict environmental goals.
