Description:
Originally built in the 1920s, the concrete bridge spanning a small creek to supply a water power plant was in serious need of repair. Water leakage was reported in several areas of the bridge; sealing the structure against water penetration and to protect the embedded reinforcement steel from corrosion was a priority.
Products Used:
The water flow was stopped to repair the inside of the bridge and compromised concrete areas were renewed. The whole area was treated with two coats of PENETRON and the bridge was filled with water again. Within a few days all leaks were completely sealed.
Description:
VivoCity, the centerpiece of the Harbor Front Precinct and the largest retail facility in Singapore, features over 1 million sq. feet of space, with up to 450 retail, food and beverage and entertainment outlets, and a new supermarket. Designed by renowned Japanese architect, Toyo Ito, VivoCity offers breathtaking open spaces for waterfront alfresco dining and room for events in a 1000-seat amphitheater.

Adjacent to the sea and subject to chloride attack, the project needed an effective waterproofing product for the basement structure. PENETRON ADMIX was used to successfully waterproof 45,000m3 of concrete.
Description:
The new Terminal II at the Frederic Chopin Airport in Warsaw expands the operating capacity of the airport to 10 million passengers annually.
Products Used:
Over 30,000m3 of concrete slab were waterproofed with PENETRON ADMIX and 5,000 m² of wall area treated with PENETRON. The total area that was waterproofed is about 60,000 m².
Description:
This innovative residential concept integrates a combination of apartments and lofts with more than 1,500m2 of gardens and beautiful forest views. Solar panels to power water heaters and heat pumps, wind engines and advanced water treatment technology help reduce energy consumption and conserve water. Concrete used in the Verdino project was produced on site to reduce traffic from concrete trucks and the cement used in the concrete was produced with 30% less energy than conventional cement.
Products Used:
PENETRON ADMIX SB was chosen to enhance the durability of the concrete and effectively waterproof and protect the Verdino structure. PENETRON ADMIX SB was also added to the concrete of all plant-holding balconies to prevent water seepage. The convenience of the soluble bags resulted in significant time and cost savings. PENETRON products are non-toxic and contain no petroleum-based waterproofing materials, which contributed to the environmental-friendly concept of Verdino.

A 5-storey commercial building with many innovative design features, Vantage is located on a landmark Norwest location (close to Sydney) and boasts mountain views with 12,278m2 of office space, 3 levels of parking for 569 cars and a 5-star NABERS energy rating that includes an articulated facade with floor to ceiling double glazed performance glass for energy efficiency.
Products Used:
PENETRON ADMIX was used on over 3,000m3 of concrete; 600m2 of PENETRON PLUS and 100m2 of PENEBAR SW were used for the retention tank, stairs, planter boxes, ground slab, balconies / sunshades, roof slab, roof shaft and slab, tunnel room and the generator roof.
Description:
The new UDD dental clinic of the Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago houses 83 dental chairs, three surgery wards, a sterilization center, five X-ray rooms, a laboratory gypsum, six classrooms, two auditoriums, halls and studies computer lab.
Products Used:
In order to effectively waterproof and protect this project, the retaining walls were treated with PENETRON ADMIX (dosage of 2.53kg/m³) and ensure self-healing concrete capabilities.
